Words of arrogance, this is what you’ve said, but what you actually do is pitiful. It’s like your tongue and lips are up in heaven, but legs of yours are far away on earth. So your words, deeds and fame are still in terrible condition. Do you believe that you can gain the right to enter the holy land of God’s own work and words without Him testing all your words and deeds? Is anybody able to succeed in fooling His two eyes? How could your lowly actions and cheap talk escape His sight?

One day, I came across a story. This story mainly told about a mouse that came out of its hole and found that people had intentionally placed a piece of meat in a mousetrap in order to lure it in. The mouse knew that if it touched that piece of meat, then it would be killed by the trap, so it initially thought to refuse the lure, and that it would absolutely not touch that piece of meat. But when the smell of the meat reached its nose, it just couldn’t overcome the temptation, and against its own will it crept closer and closer to the trap. In the end, it couldn’t resist the enticement, and so when it went to eat the piece of meat, it was killed by the trap.

If you want to be perfected by God, just hitting the streets is not enough, nor is expending yourself for God. You must possess much to be perfected by God. When you face suffering, you must be able to not consider flesh, not complain against God. When God hides Himself, you must have the faith to follow, maintaining your love, don't let it fade or die. If you want to be used and perfected by God, you must be possessed of everything: the will to suffer, faith and endurance, obedience, and experience of God's work, gaining a grasp of His will, considerate of God's sorrow. Each refinement that you experience requires your faith and love.
