Improving people’s caliber is requiring that you improve your abilities to receive, so that you are able to understand God’s words and know how to practice in accordance with them. This is the most basic requirement. Is it not muddled faith if you follow Me without understanding what I say? No matter how many words I utter, if you can’t get there, if you can’t understand them no matter what I say, this means you are lacking in caliber.
