My parents are both Christians and from an early age I started going with them to church to attend services. At the age of 12 I attended a grand Christian camp in Myanmar, and while I was there a pastor told me: “The only way to avoid death and enter the kingdom of heaven is to be baptized.” And so in order to enter the kingdom of heaven I decided to get baptized while I was at the camp. In the past, have you been faithful to Me? Have you obeyed My excellent words of counsel? Do you have hopes that are realistic and not vague and uncertain? Man’s loyalty, his love, his faith—there is none but what comes from Me, none but what is bestowed by Me. My people, when you listen to My words, do you understand My will? Do you see My heart? In the past, as you traveled the path of service, you met with ups and downs, advances and setbacks, and there were times when you were in danger of falling down and even of betraying Me; but did you know that at every moment I was ever in the act of saving you? That at every moment I was ever uttering My voice to call and save you? How many times have you fallen into Satan’s nets? How many times have you been entangled in the snares of men? And again, how often have you, failing to let go of yourselves, lapsed into endless contention with one another? How often have your bodies been in My house but your hearts were who knows where? Nevertheless, how many times have I reached out My saving hand to hold you up; how many times have I cast among you the grains of mercy; how many times have I been unable to bear seeing the pitiful state of your suffering? How many times … do you know?

Note: Since the writer’s husband was not engaged in honest work, she believed in God in order to gain blessings. Not long after she started believing in God, first, her daughter became sick and then afterward, her husband was faced with dismissal by his boss and started suffering a condition in his legs.

Just like all the other brothers and sisters who thirst for the return of the Lord Jesus, I too continuously long for our Lord eagerly to return to receive us into the kingdom of heaven soon so that we can enjoy its blessings. One day in November of 2006 I finally heard the news of the Lord’s return. Through reading the words expressed by Almighty God and through the patient fellowshiping about and bearing witness to God’s work in the last days from my brothers and sisters, I finally recognized that Almighty God incarnate is the return of the Lord Jesus. Thereupon, I willingly accepted Almighty God’s work in the last days.

Not long after my marriage, I didn’t go to work because I was pregnant. In daytime, my husband went to work, and my parents-in-law were busy with farm work, while I could only stay home boringly. Sometimes I watched TV or did some housework, but most times, I had nothing to do. Consequently, I felt so fed up that I expected that my husband could return home early after his work to chat with me. However, when he came off work, he directly went out to play mahjong after the meal. It wasn’t until midnight that he came back. For this reason, I felt so suppressed. Every time when he arrived home, I got at him. At that moment, what he said was well and he promised that he would no longer come back home too late. Yet he still did as before. Seeing he was never obedient to me, I thought: We just got married not long ago but you treat me like this. Now what I say doesn’t work. There’s still a long way ahead of us. Won’t you take notice of me at all in the future? No, I must come up with a plan to make you quietly obey me.
