I’d believed in the Lord for 28 years as a member of a local church, and because I believed the negative publicity of the church, I almost missed my chance to welcome the return of the Lord Jesus. If it hadn’t been for God’s mercy, then I would have lost my one and only chance to attain true salvation. My experiences brought me to earnestly appreciate that, only by being a wise virgin, taking the initiative to seek the truth and focusing on listening to God’s voice can we welcome the appearance of God.

CAG Christian’s Brilliant Performances Win Praise of Spanish Friends

In recent years, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has become increasingly frenzied in its suppression and persecution of religious belief. To avoid arrest and persecution by the CCP, some Christians from The Church of Almighty God (CAG) have escaped to Spain. On February 9, 2019, at the beginning of the new year, to thank God for His guidance and blessings, as well as to thank friends and allies from all walks of life in Spain for their constant help and support, and to enhance mutual understanding and exchange, The Church of Almighty God in Spain held a get-together at a church located in Fuenlabrada, Madrid. At the get-together, CAG Christians’ performances were well received by the audience, and the guests also had a chance to communicate with these Christians.

On February 17, 2018, Christians from The Church of Almighty God in Spain hosted an evening gathering in Madrid’s Fuenlabrada with the theme of “We gather together here.” The purpose of the event was for friends of different nationalities to gain a greater understanding of The Church of Almighty God and to promote friendship between these groups. Unlike the events held the previous two years, that evening over a dozen international friends were invited, including: Cynthia, a representative from the Todo Mejorar Foundation; Elahi, chairman of Valientes Banglas; Manuel, chairman of the European Citizens’ Anti-Corruption Association; Sagrario, manager of the San Lorenzo Center. It was a joyful gathering in celebration of the lunar new year.

Italian Friends Moved by Persecuted Christians’ Strong Faith

On February 2, 2019, Christians from The Church of Almighty God (CAG) in Italy held a get-together in Milan, inviting over 20 local friends. The CAG hosts played a short film on Almighty God’s appearance and work for their guests and gave song and dance performances witnessing and praising God. After the event some Italian guests expressed their hope that the Church would hold similar events every holiday for more opportunities to share in faith. On March 4, 2019 members of various religious groups and human rights organizations held a press conference in the US Congress announcing the official establishment of the Coalition to Advance Religious Freedom in China (CARFC). The Coalition’s mission is to urge the US government to take strong action on Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) suppression of religious freedoms. As part of the Coalition, Christian representatives with The Church of Almighty God (CAG) described the CCP’s persecution of faiths at the press conference, particularly the brutality toward their Church, garnering interest from lawmakers and the media.

Huge “People First” Demonstration in Italy Calls for Acceptance of Refugees

With cheerful music, loud chants, and banners covered with slogans, people and groups from different countries and ethnicities expressed their plea for human rights in a free, peaceful manner. At 2 p.m. on March 2, 2019, crowds surged into the city center of Milan, Italy, and a demonstration of 200,000 people gathered in the Square Milano Duomo along Corso Venezia. This demonstration was to mobilize the Italian people to unite against all actions that violate and trample human rights, and to protect the rights of refugees and minority groups.

You should understand all of this. These issues touch upon how you believe in God, and how you walk onto the path led by the Holy Spirit and submit to God’s orchestrations in all things, thus allowing you to understand every step of God’s work in you. When you reach that point, you will appreciate what faith in God is, how to properly believe in God, and what you should do to act in harmony with God’s will. This will make you completely and utterly obedient to God’s work; you will have no complaints and you will not judge, or analyze, much less research God’s work. As such, you will all be capable of obeying God till death, allowing God to steer you and slaughter you like a sheep, so that you can all become the Peters of the 1990s, and can love God to the utmost even upon the cross, without the slightest complaint. Only then will you be able to live as Peters of the 1990s.
